Highlighting the tradition of the New Orleaneans love for food, are the fine traditional Creole cuisines that are presented and prepared by no other than co-owner and Chef, Dwayne Harleaux.
Chef Harleaux is native of New Orleans by way of the 7th ward. He has taken his family recipes and have created some of the finest traditional Creole cuisines such as Gumbo, Jambalaya, Crawfish Etouffee, Cajun Shrimp Cocktail, Beignets, Po’ Boy sandwiches and other tantalizing dishes.
